Return and Exchange Policy
We are delighted to offer Free Exchange to our valuable customers all across Pakistan!
All products purchased from www.ModaSecreto.com can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery if:
- The product(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product(s) does not match its original specification/description on website or is found to be not the same as you had actually ordered.
- In any way, for any reasons you’re unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind about the purchase you made at ModaSecreto.com. Moda Secreto is happy to facilitate you a free exchange (once only) with any other available product(s) of same or greater price value from our website. If the product ordered in exchange is of greater price value in comparison with the previous purchase, the additional amount will be invoiced separately after adjustment. Please be informed that we have a “No Refund Policy”.
In all above cases, we provide a Free Exchange within 07 days of receiving a product without any additional shipping charges at your doorstep!
You must notify us within 15 days of delivery by writing us an email to customercare@ModaSecreto.com or call us at +92-330-24-333-90 in case you want to claim an exchange. (Please mention your order number)
We have no existing Refund Policy. However, a “Free Refund” may only be issued if the product exchange is UNAVAILABLE with us. We will collect the product from your doorstep, once your return query will be processed. You will be notified through a confirmation call from our customer service team. As soon as we’ve received and inspected your return and confirmed it complies with our returns and exchange policy. We will deposit your full amount including shipping charges in your provided Bank Account or through Easy Paisa within 07 days of receiving the product. An email will be sent on your provided email address confirming the successful refund from our side.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support Returns & Exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame of 15 days.
- Product is found worn, washed or used.
- Anything is missing from the product package including labels, original packing or accessories.
- Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our products, standards of hygiene are maintained. Therefore, we do NOT exchange or refund Panties or any items that include Panties. Kindly ensure you order accordingly.
